Wikipedia is a place where you can get a quick idea on something you don’t know. However, there are times certain views are presented as correct, without the necessary scientific justification.Middlebury College decided to ban the usage of Wikipedia articles as research citations. The decision was made after an incident of students citing a historical article that was (probably) wrong.

But is banning a solution? I believe that every source of knowledge should be free to use and at the same time questioned accordingly.
