Your own, personal Jesus

Che Guevara, the idol of the wanna-be left revolutionaries…

Just found a very interesting post on Catallarchy. And, to copy libertarian’s quiz, who does the following quote belong to?
Hatred as an element of struggle; unbending hatred for the enemy, which pushes a human being beyond his natural limitations, making him into an effective, violent, selective, and cold-blooded killing machine. This is what our soldiers must become …

That’s right… :-)

Very appropriate title for this post…

(The same song, in Johnny Cash’s version, was played in the end of the play “Marx in Soho” when Marx was living the scene waving at the spectators… Very appropriate choice too)

Thanks, Spyro. Unfortunately, I haven’t seen “Marx in Soho” - but I’ve heard Johny’s version of the song. By the way, where did you see the play? Was it good?

Seen it in Athens. Mr Antonopoulos was acting. Was quite a good play (apart from being Marxist :-) ). It was funny at the end to see all these spectators, obviously being middle to upper class giving a long applause, apparently moved…

Also, by coincidence, I saw it a couple of days after Mr Antonopoulos appeared in prime time TV, discussing about the play. And (also to Mr. Antonopoulos astonishment) the theater was packed… The power of TV!
